Returns & Refund Policy

This section outlines our policy on refunds and returns.

Damages and Issues
Kindly inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged, notify us within 14 days so that we can assess the issue(s) and take appropriate action(s).

Reasons for Return
1) Although we ensure strict quality control, unexpected issues can occasionally arise. If you received an incorrect, defective or damaged product, please bring the return package back to us for a full refund or replacement of the product.

2) For returns made due to a change of mind, please bring the package to us for a full refund.

Return Criteria
If you decide to return an item for any reason, you may do so within 14 days of delivery.
1) The product must be unworn, unused, unwashed and unmodified, and in its original condition.
2) The package to be returned must include the original packaging.
3) Any hang tags that came with the product should remain attached, undamaged and uncut.
4) All other items (if any) included in the original package must be returned with the product. These items must be undamaged, unmodified, and in their original condition.

Returning the Product
All returns must go through the RMA process detailed in the “How to Return” section of this page to be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return, such as customized or personalized items (including special orders). We are also unable to accept returns for refurbished products, clearance items, vouchers or gift cards. Please contact us if you’re unsure whether your item qualifies.

Refunds
Once we receive and approve your returned items, we will process your refund promptly. Please note that any taxes, customs duties, and shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

Refunds can be issued to your original payment method or as a voucher for use in our online store — simply indicate your preference when submitting your return request. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund transaction.

Step 1: Submit a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Form

A. Take these required photos for a smooth handling process:
- Shipping Label
- Product Label
- Front of entire product
- Back of entire product
- Close up shot(s) clearly showing defect/ damage (if applicable)

B. Fill in and submit an online RMA form and attach photos taken in (A).

C. Approval of your return request will take 3-5 working days.

Step 2: Await Approval Email from Us

A notification email will be sent to you informing you of the outcome of your RMA request.

Proceed to Step 3 if your RMA request is approved.

Please note that returns sent or brought to us without prior authorization will not be accepted. Retrieval of the rejected return package from us will be at your own expense.

Step 3: Prepare the Return Package

A) Ensure the hang tags that came with the product remain undamaged, uncut and attached to the product.
B) Put the product back into the original packaging it came in.
C) Include all other items (if any) that came in the original package.
D) Print the RMA approval email you received from us, and put it inside the box. You may wish to seal the box to protect its content against dust and water.

Step 4: Bring the Return Package to Us

A. Following the instructions and return address provided in the approval email, bring the return package to us.

B. You will receive an email on the status of the return as soon as we have received the product, examined it and confirmed that all items included the in original package are present and in their original condition.
