This page outlines the warranty coverage for our products.

Warranty Coverage
Mini Metropolis bags and accessories (“Products”) purchased directly from our official website at www.minimetropolis.sg or from our other authorised sales channels are covered under a 12-month limited warranty (“Warranty”) against manufacturing defects. The Warranty excludes vouchers; gift cards; and items sold as part of a clearance sale or as refurbished products.

Effective Date & Transferability
This Warranty applies to eligible Products purchased on or after 1 January 2026. Purchases made prior to this date are not covered.

The Warranty period begins from the date of purchase and applies only when the item has been used as intended and in accordance with its original purpose and design.

The Warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original purchaser of the Product.

What Is Not Covered
The Warranty does not apply to the following situations:
• Normal wear and tear (including but not limited to scratches, scuffs, small tears, stains, or fading).
• Any damage caused to the product that is unrelated to a manufacturing defect, such as damage caused by mishandling, misuse, neglect, or accidents.
• Damage resulting from improper cleaning, maintenance, or attempts at self-repair.
• Damage caused by repairs performed by parties not authorised by Mini Metropolis.
• Damage caused by exposure, for a prolonged duration, to direct sunlight/ UV light, extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, seawater, or submersion in water.
• Damage caused by use of the product beyond its intended function or purpose.
• Items purchased through non-authorized sellers, third-party retailers
• Items purchased during clearance sales
• Items sold as refurbished products

In the Event of a Defect
If a product defect is confirmed, Mini Metropolis may, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected item. Replacement products may come from a different production batch, and colour variations may occur — especially for materials such as leather. If the product model is no longer in production, Mini Metropolis may, at its discretion, replace the affected item with a similar model or offer a voucher for use in our online store.

To process a Warranty claim, the customer must provide proof of purchase showing the original order date. Our team will review the case, determine the cause of the defect, and decide whether a repair or replacement is appropriate.

Repaired or replaced Products will continue to be covered under the original Warranty period, and this Warranty period will be extended by 3 months.

Mini Metropolis reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all Warranty claims.

Disclaimer of Warranty
Except as explicitly stated in this policy, Mini Metropolis makes no additional warranties, whether expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise. These additional warranties that are not covered include, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or any other guarantees not expressly provided herein.

Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Mini Metropolis be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special) arising from the use or inability to use the product. This includes, but is not limited to, property damage, loss of product value, or damage to third-party items used with the product (e.g., laptops, tablets, or smartphones).

Mini Metropolis is not responsible for any loss of data stored on devices used in or with our Products.

Regardless of the nature of the claim, our total liability shall not exceed the amount originally paid for the product.

Certain jurisdictions do not permit limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these restrictions may not apply in all cases.
